The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) said it has not yet completed Shell's offer to sell its onshore assets to Renaissance in a deal worth $1.3 billion dollars. The Head of Public Affairs and Corporate Communications, Olaide Shonola, NUPRC will communicate its position on the transaction to the public at the appropriate time.
