Le mardi 14 janvier 2025, la maison de l' entreprise du Burkina Faso a initié une rencontre d' informations sur les 32 npouvelles mesures taxes contained in the finance law, financial year 2025 for the benefit of the business world.

The session held in Ouagadougou allowed business leaders to learn about the content of the finance law relating to corporate taxation. The new 2025 finance and management law adopted on 23 December 2024 has seen major innovations with the introduction of 32 new fiscal provisions.

According to the Maison de l'Entreprise du Burkina Faso (MEBF), the meeting of actors was an opportunity for business leaders to take ownership of the new measures, to know the requirements and opportunities associated with the new finance law. According to the director general of the MEBF, Karim Ouattara, the finance law was drawn up on the priorities and strategic choices of the Burkinabe government. It takes into account the evolution of the country's socio-economic and security context

The latter indicated that “for businesses, knowing the finance law is part of the dynamic of properly assuming their civic and patriotic role in contributing to the economic and social development of Burkina.
