Sangeetha Ramkelawon is appointed to the position of managing director and executive officer by the board of directors of BCP Bank (Mauritius), a subsidiary of the Pan-African Group Banque Centrale Popolo (BCP).

Sangeetha Ramkelawon succeeds to Abdelwafi Atif, called upon to manage another subsidiary of the group. According to the CEO of BCP and International, Kamal Mokdad, “the appointment of Sangeetha Ramkelawon is in line with our strategy focused on innovation, performance and sustained growth. BCP Bank (Mauritius) has recorded solid financial results in recent years. This appointment marks a key step in further strengthening our momentum in a rapidly changing banking environment.”

Sangeetha Ramkelawon has over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, and has strategic and operational expertise acquired within international banking groups in Asia, Africa and Europe. En tant que directrice générale déléguée de la BCP Bank (Mauritius), elle a contribué depuis 2018 to strengthen the bank's positioning, while stimulating its growth and international influence.
