An economic note economic from the Central Bank of Congo (BCC) mentions that on January 15, the financial authorities of the Democratic Republic of Congo mobilized an amount of 650.7 billion CDF, equivalent to & agrave; approximately 229 million USD

The BCC note indicated that “State revenues reached 650.7 billion CDF in the period under review. The participation of the financial authorities is as follows: the revenues from the General Directorate of Taxes (DGI) amounted to 262.9 billion CDF, those from the General Directorate of Customs and Excise (DGDA) to 154.8 billion and the revenues of the General Directorate of Administrative, Judicial and Participation Revenues (DGRAD) reached 110.8 billion”. During this period, public expenditure amounted to CDF 502.3 billion, of which CDF 326.8 billion concerned current expenses and 110.0 billion CDF spent
