Senegal's financial institutions are mobilizing with an ambitious plan of 1000 billion CFA francs in order to face the difficulties of accessing finance that hinder their development. This initiative marks a decisive turning point for Senegalese entrepreneurial dynamism. It is the result of a strategic financial pact. This mobilization aims to solve a recurring problem, that of the insufficient funds available for Senegalese entrepreneurs and industrialists

According to Ibrahima Thiam, Secretary of State for the Development of SMEs and SMIs, this initial fund of 600 billion CFA francs, set up in 2024, will reach 3000 billion CFA francs by 2028, thanks to nine structural reforms.
