This partnership aims to offer producers a fairer and more sustainable economic model. This model, called “Fair & Local”, is based on a double commitment. This involves the use of raw materials from fair trade, guaranteeing a minimum price for cocoa producers, and the valorization of local Luxembourg ingredients, allowing dairy farmers to obtain a fair price for their milk
