Laham Tchad, a company specializing in the development of the meat sector in Chad, announced in a press release published on Monday, March 3, 2025, its designation as a commercial company in the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).

The public-private partnership with ARISE Integrated Industrial Platforms marks an important step in integrating the company into local industry and into the African market. Laham Tchad aims to industrialize the meat sector through modern infrastructures and direct access to strategic markets. Therefore, this recognition will allow it to strengthen exchanges between the public and private sectors, to benefit from training offered by the ZLECAF, and to participate in events such as the BIASHARA Africa business forum

The company has three strategic hubs such as ZIILOG in Logone, ZISARH in Sarh, and ZINDJAM in N'Djamena. On the occasion, Jacky Rivière, president of Laham Chad, underlined the company's commitment to the industrial and commercial development of Chad as well as to the economic transformation of Africa
