The report of the 8th session du comit of October for the management of integrative road programmes and transport facilitation projects and programmes, of which the above-mentioned Unit is an implementing agency, indicated that within the framework of the Work Programme and the annual budget of the Jointly Financed Road Projects Unit, 71 contracts and contracts should be signed during the year, for a total amount of 317 billion FCFA

According to reports, it is not only the number of contracts that has been revised downwards. The budget for fiscal year 2024 was also revised to 201 billion FCFA, and it was implemented at 64%, or 130 billion FCFA. Last year, the Jointly Financed Road Projects Unit announced that it had completed 13 studies, including 4 road studies covering 661 km.
