Each selected entrepreneur will receive $5,000 in non-repayable seed capital, top-notch business training on TEFConnect, one-on-one mentoring, and access to international networks and investment opportunities. The founder of TEF and president of the group Heirs Holdings , Tony Elumelu, reiterates his unwavering conviction in the potential of African entrepreneurs. According to him, “Africa's transformation will not be led by aid, but by empowering the next generation of African entrepreneurs, giving them the tools, financing, training and networks needed to create sustainable businesses that create jobs and boost economic growth.”
