Un accord portant sur une contribution de 18.4 million euros was signed by the African Development Bank and the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW), the German public bank for investment and development in favor of the NEPAD Infrastructure Project Preparation Financing Facility Special Fund (IPPF-NEPAD)
