.L'atelier is part of a pragmatic vision, brought together key players in the Beninese entrepreneurial ecosystem. The main objective is to unveil the findings of an in-depth study shedding light on the challenges and opportunities related to HRM within MSMEs. Entrepreneurs, HRM experts and institutional partners have combined their expertise and perspectives in order to outline strategies adapted to the realities of the Beninese field. In reality, these companies, true pillars of the national economy, are often faced with a lack of managerial skills, difficulties in recruiting qualified talent and a lack of strategies to retain staff.
Thus, GIZ, through the PropMe project, is committed to promoting inclusive growth by strengthening the capacities of MSMEs to optimize their human capital, to face major obstacles. This event is a continuation of the efforts made by GIZ which, since the launch of the ProPME project, has been actively supporting MSMEs through various initiatives, such as the “SME Business Training and Coaching Loop” program
