It is a strategic platform for thinking about the future of work, in a global context marked by demographic, economic and technological upheavals

La rencontre internationale d' envergure qui r style="font-family: "Bookman Old Style”, serif"> Unira 150 d é l é gu é s from 86 countries is organized under the central theme of active employment policies in the face of demographic challenges. The 13th ᵉ Congress è The AMSEP Global ' Programme intends to lay the foundations for global action to respond to the persistent problem of adéquation formation-emploi . Plenary conferences, ministerial round tables and thematic workshops are scheduled until Friday, May 9. Participants from 89 public employment services will have the opportunity to compare their experiences, share their successes and identify new guidelines for modernising professional integration policies

Le jeudi May 8 will focus on structural changes in the labour market, in connection with economic, technological and social transitions. Three thematic workshops will respectively focus on the challenges of the green and circular economy, digital transformation and the social and solidarity economy. These sessions will bring together academic experts, startup entrepreneurs, representatives of public institutions and private sector partners in a logic of collective intelligence
