The General Directorate of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) where NSIA Banque Côte d'Ivoire is listed has announced that the institution will pay on July 9, 2025, a gross annual dividend of 18.780 billion FCFA for the financial year 2024.

With the 24,734,572 shares that make up the company's capital, this corresponds to a gross dividend per share of 759.26 FCFA. To this gross dividend, a tax on income from securities (IRVM) of 12% will be applied for natural persons, i.e. a net dividend per share of 670.55 FCFA and 10% for legal entities, i.e. a net dividend per share of 683.33 FCFA

According to BRVM officials, the NSIA Banque Côte d'Ivoire stock will trade ex-dividend on Monday, July 7, 2025. Investors who wish to acquire shares in this company, and therefore benefit from the 2024 dividend, have until Friday, July 4, 2025 to do so. After this period, BRVM officials will cancel all pending stock exchange orders in the trading system. At the end of the BRVM trading session on Thursday, June 26, 2025, the NSIA Bank Côte d'Ivoire share price was 6,000 FCFA against 6,230 FCFA the day before, i.e. a decrease of 230 FCFA

As of December 31, 2024, NSIA Banque Côte d'Ivoire achieved a net income of 38.112 billion FCFA against 35 billion FCFA in 2023, an increase of 9.47%.

The total balance sheet increased from +2,037 billion FCFA in 2023 to +2,514 billion FCFA in 2024, i.e. an increase of 23.41%.

Net banking income (PNB) also increased by 6.817 billion, with an increase from 91 billion FCFA in 2023 to 97,819 billion FCFA in 2024.
