Tunisia is ranked eighth in the African ranking in terms of the provision of public services, according to an ADB report. The Psdi is based on a mixed approach. It combines 100 secondary indicators with a citizen perception survey conducted in 49 countries. It assesses the performance of states across five main dimensions. These include energy and electricity, food sovereignty, regional integration, industrialization, and socioeconomic inclusion. The average African score is only 45.39 out of 100, revealing a performance gap of 54.61 points that must be bridged to achieve excellence.
