Arise Integrated Industrial Platforms (ARISE IIP) is a pan-African developer and operator of world-class industrial parks. During the year 2022, it accelerated its development in Africa, with the signing of 5 new agreements to develop twelve special economic zones across 5 countries.

On September 8, 2022, ARISE IIP signed a framework agreement with the Government of Rwanda for the development of an industrial zone in the Bugesera district. In the same month of September 16, 2022, it also signed a framework agreement with the Democratic Republic of Congo for the development of the Kin-Malebo industrial zone.

A framework agreement was also signed with the Republic of Congo for the development of the industrial zones of Pointe-Noire and Oyo on October 6, 2022. In November, ARISE Integrated Industrial Platforms signed a financing agreement on the 5th with the Republic of Chad for the development of seven industrial zones across the country and on the 7th a binding agreement with the Ogun State of Nigeria for the development of the Remo Economic Industrial Cluster.
