The 5th edition of the Next Fintech Forum (formerly called Africa Fintech Forum) was held from 22 to 23 November 2022 in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. On the occasion, the global operator Inwi received the “financial inclusion” award.

INWI was the first operator to launch its mobile money offer in Morocco. This new award rewards the efforts led by the global operator for financial inclusion in Morocco. He has thus participated in the diversification of payment methods in Morocco, the dematerialization of cash transactions and the acceleration of the financial inclusion of the largest number of Moroccans.

It should be remembered that Next Fintech Forum is an exchange meeting dedicated to African Fintech. “The next evolution in African Fintech” is the theme under which the 5th edition was held, which aims to enrich thinking about the future of financial technologies in Africa, to anticipate major changes in the sector and to participate in the definition of local and regional industry programs.
