In Nepal, the Startups Founders Hub program was launched on Friday, December 02, 2022 by Microsoft in collaboration with the ICT Awards.

The vision of Microsoft's new cross-border project is to help startup founders turn their ideas into reality. In fact, the joint statement published on Saturday, December 03, 2022 mentioned that “from the Founders Hub, Microsoft will grant startups an Azure credit worth $150,000, Microsoft 365, GitHub Enterprise, Visual Enterprise, Visual Enterprise, and LinkedIn, among other facilities.” This program has already been launched in more than 200 countries around the world and aims to promote startups.

Yousup Faruqu, Microsoft country manager for Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Nepal asked startups to participate in the program saying that “Founders Hub will help Nepalese startups reach the global level.” Digital Edge Nepal and the Veda app have already joined the Startups Founders Hub and shared how the program has helped them succeed.
