On Thursday, March 14, CRIEF opened the substantive debates in the corruption file for which the company SOGUIMAP SARL and the former minister of health under Alpha Condé, the former minister of health under Alpha Condé, the physician General Rémy Lamah, are being prosecuted.

The company SOGUIMAP SARL and the former Minister of Health, General Rémy Lamah were dismissed from prosecution for an unconstituted offense against them, in other words released. But the Public Prosecutor's Office, the Guinean State, represented by the judicial agent, and the Chinese company ZMC, represented in Guinea by Dr. Mamadou Pâté Sow, appealed the pending decision. The Court ordered the expert opinion to examine the contract award process between the Guinean State through the Ministry of Health and the company SOGUIMAP SARL, and referred the case to 11 April 2024 for further discussions
