A workshop on internal quality assurance in higher education opened on Monday, November 4, 2024 in the Congolese capital. This workshop brought together academics from Cames as well as their partners from Germany in particular

Quality assurance improves the performance of this sector by ensuring that training programs meet human, social, and economic development needs. According to the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Technological Innovation, Professor Delphine Edith Emmanuel, “quality assurance is now a universal requirement that we have a duty to know better.” According to the director of programs at CAMES, Professor Saturnin Enzonga Yoca, this workshop aims to equip quality managers of member institutions with new knowledge in order to continuously improve their functioning. The integration of artificial intelligence in higher education is one of the issues that will be developed during the work. He believes that “this commitment to quality is crucial for the future of our common academic space as a foundation for the competitiveness and international recognition of our higher education systems.”
