La première édition du Forum de l' image et de la réputation dans le secteur financier se tiendra under the presidency of the High Authority for Good Governance (HABG). It is scheduled for November 21, 2024 in Abidjan

Le forum qui tournera autour du thème “la finance face au risque réputationnel” est initié par le cabinet Charisma, spécialisé dans la gestion d' image, en partenariat avec l' agence Marketiv and the Association of Banks and Financial Institutions of Côte d'Ivoire (APBEFCI) ). Nearly 1,000 professionals in the financial sector such as finance, microfinance, insurance and fintech players will meet to discuss issues related to reputation in the sector. According to the CEO of Charisma, Cynthia Wodié, who underlines the importance of this meeting, in a context where the financial sector must strengthen its credibility and trust with its partners and customers, “when the image of a company is affected, its customer experience and its performance are impacted”. Also, the forum will highlight good practices through the Ethics Prize, a distinction valuing governance, the quality of customer service, and corporate social responsibility
