^{The training session for female operators in the cassava sector ended on 1 November last in the town of Pouma, in the Littoral region of Cameroon.} This training allows them to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the African Continental Free Trade Area (ZLECAF).

The training session was organized as part of the “Project to strengthen the production, processing and marketing capacities of women entrepreneurs in the sector cassava in the Zlecaf”, led by the Cameroonian Ministry of SMEs. On the occasion, the National Council of Shippers of Cameroon (CNCC) committed itself to supporting these women in exports, in order to conquer the Zlecaf. It is a market of approximately 1.3 billion consumers.
