The Ahmadou Abdoulaye Diallo Conference Room at the FSA headquarters in Niamey serves as the framework for the 31st session of the work of the Board of Directors of the African Solidarity Fund. This budget session makes it possible to examine the budget in fiscal year 2025 for the continuation of the projects included in its medium-term strategic development plan (PDSMT)

2021-2025.

The members of the Council have been examining the 2025 budget and have previously dealt with the 2024 budgetary collective, since yesterday, Thursday, November 14. At the opening, partnership framework agreements were signed between the FSA and key players in supporting the Nigerien private sector, in particular the Niger Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIN), and the Société d'Investissement et de Gestion d'Initiatives au Niger (SINERGI), and the Société d'Investissement et de Gestion d'Initiatives au Niger (SINERGI). This session plans to provide the institution with a budget for the year in order to continue the projects included in its medium-term strategic development plan (PDSMT) 2021-2025. Its vision is to continue to expand its field of action.

Pour rappel, le Fonds de Solidarité Africain (FSA) founded in March 1975 by the Heads of State of the member countries, meeting at a summit in Bangui in the Central African Republic, is a multilateral financial guarantee institution based in Niamey. Its mission is to contribute to the economic and social development of its member states.

It became operational in September 1979 and now includes 23 African member states.
