The project was financed from own funds by the financial group founded by the Gabonese billionaire Henri-Claude Oyima. The building is built on an area of over 2,500 m². It has eight floors, with five floors being intended for internal team offices, collaborative spaces, conference rooms, an auditorium, a library, and a training room. The ground floor is reserved for the bank's “Emerald” branch.
