Depuis jeudi 28 novembre 2024, le 3rd joint congress of the Association of Chartered Accountants of West Africa (ECOWAS-ABWA) has opened at the Félix Houphouët-Boigny Foundation in Yamoussoukro

The gathering, which aims to raise awareness of the challenges and opportunities essential for the harmonious and sustainable development of the region, revolves around the theme “Sustainability, Integration and Prosperity of West Africa” through several panels. The objective of this conference, which is being held for the first time in French-speaking Africa, is to promote a framework for reflection and action for a sustainable, integrated and prosperous West Africa, to identify the challenges and opportunities for inclusive sustainability in West Africa, to analyze the current mechanisms of regional integration and to propose recommendations for their strengthening, to develop strategies innovative strategies for inclusive and equitable prosperity in the region by raising awareness among stakeholders on the interconnection between sustainability, integration and prosperity and to create a platform for exchange between professionals in the financial sector and actors
