Under the terms of the 14th International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Air Navigation Conference in Montreal, Canada, the Chad Civil Aviation Authority signed a Management Service Agreement with the Aviation Organization international civil.

The agreement signed between Chad and the ICAO aims to support ADAC in large-scale projects for the aviation sector, starting with the development of a master development plan. This partnership is being unveiled in a context where the Chadian State is seeking to implement its new perspectives for the airline industry. The new partnership with ICAO should allow the country to benefit from expertise to better configure its airport system, in particular in terms of infrastructure, air navigation systems, personnel capacities, etc. This should, in the long run, improve safety, efficiency and sustainability, as well as the competitiveness of the Chadian aviation industry as a whole. For Chad, the development of air transport will help to offer an alternative to the road for the mobility of people and goods.
