The Ordinary General Meeting (AGO) approved the accounts of the CRRH-UEMOA for the 2021 financial year with a net result of 1,401 MFCFA, an increase of +7.1% compared to the realized result of 1,308 MFCFA in 2020.

The Meeting decided to allocate the entire result to reserves and postponement again. The Ordinary General Meeting also ratified the reappointment of the Directors of the CRRH-UEMOA, for a period of 3 years. Finally, the Ordinary General Assembly approved the debt program of the CRRH-UEMOA for a total amount of 255.6 billion FCFA for the refinancing of housing loans in WAEMU countries over the period 2022-2023, including the issuance of bonds by public offering up to 179 billion of FCFA, and the mobilization of concessional resources for an amount of 76 billion FCFA from development partners.
